Outbound Call Specialist


  • The Outbound Call Specialist will be responsible for calling on existing RMO customers and perspective clients to promote and sell RMO’s products and services.
  • Records outbound call history and customers response in detail. Collects information on customers payment history.
  • Responsible for following up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Creates, maintains, and updates AX of customers with complete information and emails.
  • Sends product literature, brochures, catalogs and creates phone selling strategies for RMO’s products and services.
  • Works to develop the General Practice market and increase sales with GP customers.
  • Monitors and gathers up-to-date information on competitors’ products and services.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues.
  • Coordinate with local sales representative to refer technical customer inquiries or needs to appropriate departments.
  • Assist and support sales, marketing and customer support in handling customer requests and needs.
  • May be required to train others. Any other duties assigned to include occasionally answering phones for customer support.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability for this position include:

  • Computer skills are required.
  • Ability to comprehend and process technical information.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and ability to maintain a professional image at all times with customers.
  • A dental background is helpful.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Minimum education required is a High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in Customer Support or Telemarketing field. Preferably 1-2 years of outbound call experience focusing on product sales.



This position is responsible for janitorial duties in an assigned area of RMO. This position is also responsible for cleaning around the outside of all buildings, lawn and tree care, and snow removal. This position also requires performing certain janitorial duties in other areas or buildings when necessary.

Other Responsibilities / Duties:
•Availability to work weekends, holidays, and non-production times to perform major repairs reducing the effect on production.
•Follow proper procedures for safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
•Comply with all Safety Rules and Policies when working on equipment or machinery.
•Perform other tasks as directed by Lead Maintenance Mechanic, RMO’s President, CEO or Vice Presidents.
•May be required to train others. Any other duties assigned.

Education or Formal Training: 
A high school diploma or GED is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in order to understand hazards of certain chemicals exposed to on the job. Requires some degree of agility and physical strength. Occasionally required to climb ladders and work in high locations.

One year janitorial experience required.


Receiving Clerk


Receive, transport, label and stock materials from outside vendors and in-house manufacturing.  Count and issue material for work orders and requisitions. Maintains purchase order receiving file.  Assists with rearranging Warehouse to accommodate product additions, deletions and protection. Responsible for large catalog mailings.  Assists in cycle counting inventory.  Work is to be performed in conformance with quality specifications and scheduling requirements.

Education or Formal Training: 

High School Diploma or GED required.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

Computer skills, basic math skills and attention to detail required.  Long periods of standing, some bending and reaching, and steady lifting of a variety of packages, some as heavy as 70 pounds will be required.  Excellent product knowledge.  Must understand, write and speak English.


One to two years of experience in Warehouse/Distribution with small parts supplier preferred using mailing equipment (parcel scale, platform scale, postage meters) and weight count scales, RF scanner, electronic and mechanical hand trucks, mechanical lift trucks, forklift, air staplers, heat sealing machine, automatic bagging, sealing and labeling machine. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System experience preferred.


HR Support Specialist 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors and maintains visitor log by ensuring they are signed in and receive a visitor badge.
  • Sorts and distributes mail and paychecks.
  • Provides administrative support in the areas of recruitment, benefits and employee relations.
  • Responsible for preparing Verifications of Employment, completing surveys, and assisting with completion of HR forms.
  • Works with the Activities Committee to plan and coordinate company functions. Compiles the quarterly newsletter and maintains the facilities bulletin boards.
  • Responsible for maintaining performance evaluations, personnel records and inputting terminated employees into an Access database.
  • Maintains inventory and places orders for office supplies.
  • Responsible for employee birthday announcements, employee phone extension and emergency lists.
  • Assists with recruiting efforts by managing temporary employees, running new hire I-9 information through E-Verify, and performing MVR background checks as needed.
  • Assists the President/COO and CEO with administrative projects.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability for this position include:

  • Microsoft Office experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • HRIS software experience preferred, ADP Workforce Now v. 8 or newer is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and ability to maintain a professional image at all times with employees
  • High level of attention to detail, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Quality Manager

Under the direction of the Vice President of Product Development & Quality Engineering, the Quality Manager will be responsible for supporting the Quality and Regulatory mandate for the global sale and distribution of RMO products. The Quality Manager shall be solely responsible for assessing and maintaining the effectiveness of RMO’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Other Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Establish and manage quality improvement projects and strategies in accordance with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs and initiatives to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of products.
  • Establish and maintain quality complaint handling, investigation, and product nonconformance policies and procedures. Direct and administer CAPA’s accordingly.
  • Develop, administer, and maintain QMS procedures, documentation, and activities to ensure compliance with domestic and international standards and regulations.
  • Provide customer support and communications including reporting product performance and quality in the field.
  • Provide leadership in directing and managing the internal and external auditing process.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable standards, directives, and regulatory requirements at the corporate level.
  • Ensure compliance to all import and export regulations including product registration documentation and activities.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of equipment calibration program.
  • Establish and maintain an effective quality system training program.
  • Direct and maintain company safety program, policies, and initiatives.


Responsible for selection, supervision, training, and development of Quality Assurance, and Regulatory, personnel.  Measure, monitor, evaluate, and maintain employee performance.


Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • Working knowledge of medical device standards and regulations
  • (including FDA QSR, ISO 13485/9001, MDD, etc)
  • Familiar with Lean/Six Sigma/TQM principles
  • Strong project management skills

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • ASQ CMQ/CQE/CQA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years combined in a Quality Assurance and Regulatory role, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a quality management or leadership role


Maintenance Mechanic

Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance of production equipment and machinery, troubleshooting and repair of electrical, electronic, pneumatic/hydraulic and mechanical equipment. Rebuilding and overhauling equipment and machines such as molding machines, lasers, milling machines, welders, ovens, furnaces, punch presses, etc. when required. Install or repair piping systems using proper plumbing and pipefitting techniques. Work performed in conformance with maintenance specifications and production scheduling requirements.

Other Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Follow proper procedures for safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
  • Assist facilities in troubleshooting and repair of support utilities such as compressed air systems, vacuum systems, compressed gases systems, process cooling water, lighting, and electrical power distribution.
  • Work with equipment manufacturers and suppliers to procure repair parts and supplies.
  • When required, open buildings and start support systems and machinery for production.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and non-production times to perform major repairs reducing the impact on production.
  • Assist operators in performing set-ups on production equipment and machinery when needed.


  • Clean MVR
  • High School Diploma or GED and electrical and mechanical courses required.
  • Five years of work experience in a maintenance related position required.
  • Knowledge in building and electrical codes.
  • Must be able to lift and handle 35 pounds.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to operate fork truck and other material handling equipment to unload trucks, move equipment, machinery and supplies.
  • Perform math functions with decimal and fractional numbers.
  • Must be able to read and work with engineering drawings and blue prints, do fabrication work, work with pneumatic/hydraulic circuits and electrical control circuits.
  • Understand tolerances and fits.


Sales Representative-Cincinnati

We currently have an opening for an Outside Sales Representative based in the Cincinnati area covering Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plans, coordinates and executes all sales and marketing functions for the geographical area assigned
  • Serves as a direct liaison between RMO and the customer to provide the best possible representation of the company’s products, services and systems
  • Develops sales plans for the geographical area assigned based on sales forecasts, economic trends, customer needs and corporate objectives
  • Analyzes results of marketing plans and provides feedback to Denver
  • Plans for proper area and customer coverage
  • Recommends appropriate pricing, promotions, marketing strategies and new products and/or services which have originated through customer requests and/or marketing analysis to be used for field operation
  • Searches for key accounts to become influence centers
  •  Effectively manage seminars, conventions and regional meetings as responsibilities require
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the university resident programs in assigned area

Experience for this position include:

  • Comprehensive understanding of dental terminology preferred
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred

Manufacturing Operators

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available with occasional overtime
Day shift and possibly swing shift (which will include a shift premium) hours are available:
Day shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday)
Swing shift (2:20 p.m. to 10:50 p.m. Monday through Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs all operations necessary for preparing, brazing, and inspecting bracket/base assemblies and tubes
  • Spot and weld brackets, tubes, and lingual attachments to bands
  • Performs all operations necessary for molding, trimming, and staging of brackets
  • Responsible to select, count and package parts to fill orders for inventory as well as customer orders on a daily basis
  • All work is to be performed in conformance with quality specifications and scheduling requirements

Education/Experience/Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to sit the majority of the day and work with very small parts using tweezers
  • Good eyesight and hand/eye coordination
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Good attendance is a must
  • Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
