Business Development Specialist 

Plans, coordinates and executes all sales and marketing functions for the geographical area assigned, in accordance with overall corporate objectives. Serves as a direct liaison between RMO and the customer to provide the best possible representation of the company’s products, services and systems.

Develops sales plans for the geographical area assigned based on sales forecasts, economic trends, customer needs and corporate objectives. Analyzes results of marketing plans and provides feedback to Denver. Plans for proper area and customer coverage.
Recommends appropriate pricing, promotions, marketing strategies and new products and/or services which have originated through customer requests and/or marketing analysis to be used for field operation.
Searches for key accounts to become influence centers. Effectively manage seminars, conventions and regional meetings as responsibilities require.

Maintain a positive relationship with the university resident programs in assigned area.


Education or Formal Training:

Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

A high degree of self-discipline, self-motivation, organization, planning, communication and sales skills are required in this position to perform effectively.

To stay abreast of current professional selling techniques which optimize efficiency.


Planner I 

Planner I responsibilities include coordinating production workflow, scheduling and releasing work orders, balancing workloads with capacities to assure customer and company requirements are satisfied in a timely manner. Purchase raw material and finished goods while working closely with suppliers to discuss open orders, pricing, delivery, conflicts concerning material or services, etc. Maintain back order reports on both production and purchased goods and expedite items as necessary. Interface with all departments to identify and resolve constraints.

Other Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Planning and scheduling of production work orders in economical lots and methods to support sales and inventory requirements.
  • Release work orders to production floor in a manner consistent with MRP logic to ensure on time delivery of customer orders.
  • Review inventory availability of raw material and detail component requirements from bill of materials to determine if a work order should be released to work in process.
  • Review, select, or revise routings to balance workloads on the production floor. Interfaces with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and all others concerned to coordinate routing revisions, alternatives and bill of material updates.
  • Review customer sales order backorders daily and adjust production sequence in order to get backordered products to customer as quickly as possible.
  • Place purchase orders for finished goods, raw material, service items and subcontracted material.
  • Maintain consistent contact with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, expedite product as necessary, communicate quality related issues etc.
  • Maintain reasonable inventory levels on both manufactured and purchased product (as defined by executive management).
  • Work closely with the receiving department to resolve any incoming product discrepancies.
  • Coordinate returns and/or repairs of products as needed.
  • May be required to train others.  Any other duties assigned.


Education or Formal Training: 

Associates Degree required; a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

Microsoft Office, math and statistics, proofreading and problem-solving skills required.  Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers required. Ability to manage a large number of SKU’s. Maintain a positive attitude and outlook while dealing with daily problems and issues. Ability to initiate and maintain teamwork.  Understanding of basic concepts used by master resource scheduling systems:  a. Min\Max   b. Lead Times   c. EOQ


A minimum of two years’ work experience in a Manufacturing and/or Distribution environment with MRP operating experience, Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.



Staff Accountant/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable management including, but not limited to the processing of cash receipts, credit card processing, application of customer credits, bad debt write-offs, collections calls and management of the company’s outside debt collection agency.  Produces daily cash management and reconciles multiple bank accounts.  Produces weekly company borrowing base certificate.  Performs numerous other general ledger related entries including month end close.

Other Responsibilities / Duties:

  • A/R collections and application of funds.
  • Prepares daily cash management reports.
  • Produces weekly borrowing base certificates.
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly sales tax reports for company’s outside filing service.
  • Prepares monthly bank reconciliations and related journal entries.
  • Uploads bi-weekly payroll into Microsoft Dynamics AX system
  • Prepares month end closing entries per the closing schedule.
  • Reviews 401K transactions, funding and annual true-up.
  • Assists outside auditors with year-end document preparation.


Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years Accounts Receivable management experience including collections.
  • 3-5 years general ledger experience.
  • 2 plus years working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of Word.

Education or Formal Training 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance


CNC Machinist 

Responsible for machining components for dies, fixtures molds, and special machines and prototype parts from: sample parts, part drawings, partial tool drawings or sketches. This will be done with the use of: CNC mill, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, hole popper and manual machining tools. As CNC machinist you will be responsible for setup, verifying NC programs, and completion of non-production parts. Occasionally perform maintenance operations on dies, fixtures, and molds. Assure work is performed according to design specifications, tolerances, and scheduling requirements.  Work with personnel in Tool & Die, Manufacturing departments, and Engineers as needed to solve problems.

Other Responsibilities / Duties:

May be required to train other employees as needed.  Any other duties assigned.


Education or Formal Training: 

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • Good communication and problem‑solving skills required due to interdepartmental contact with manufacturing personal and section supervisors regarding tooling requirements.
  • Ability to read blueprints and consistently perform close tolerance machine work.
  • Must have knowledge of fabricating parts from: cold‑rolled steel, stainless steel, tool steels, aluminum, and plastic, along with knowing machining speeds and feeds.
  • The ability to program and model with ProE/Creo 4.0 is preferred. 


  • Five years of experience in a machine shop/tool room environment, in a non-production CNC environment. Operation of all basic tool room equipment/machinery: milling machines, lathes, drill presses, surface grinders, and comparator.
  • Preferred experience with 3D modeling and programming for CNC and Wire EDM. RMO uses ProE/Creo for all modeling and programming.
  • Must possess a complete set of toolmaker tools, i.e.: Micrometer, calipers, indicator, etc.


Information Technology Functional Manager

This position reports to the COO. The Information Technology Functional Manager is responsible for improving business functions and processes through application development and creating business intelligence reports.  An Information Technology Functional Manager generally works with user groups, managers, development teams, and project teams to identify design enhancements and to improve the utilization of different business applications.

Other Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Responsibilities include providing timely application support to end users through use of a ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely ongoing maintenance of Company-wide ERP system completely and project management with 3rd party vendor.
  • Assist projects related to Company’s ERP and product support.
  • Extract data by building queries from SQL database, and create SSRS and Power BI reports to analyze system for ERP solutions.
  • Help implement and incorporate long-term projects from other departments into our ERP System with assistance from 3rd party vendor.
  • Responsible for the management of the phone system and copiers.
  • Establishes implementation schedules to assure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee the desktop and server functions of the company and the desktop support person.


Education or Formal Training:

Bachelor’s Degree required or certification equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • Knowledge of SQL to write complex, optimized queries is required.
  • Basic Dynamics AX solution is preferred.
  • Must be able to collaborate with others in a team environment.
  • Learning relevant technologies is a must.
  • Managerial and Supervisory experience a plus.

General ERP knowledge, SQL Administration, SSRS, Power BI experience is required


Manufacturing Operators  

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available with occasional overtime
Day shift and possibly swing shift (which will include a shift premium) hours are available:
Day shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday)
Swing shift (2:20 p.m. to 10:50 p.m. Monday through Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs all operations necessary for preparing, brazing, and inspecting bracket/base assemblies and tubes
  • Spot and weld brackets, tubes, and lingual attachments to bands
  • Performs all operations necessary for molding, trimming, and staging of brackets
  • Responsible to select, count and package parts to fill orders for inventory as well as customer orders on a daily basis
  • All work is to be performed in conformance with quality specifications and scheduling requirements

Education/Experience/Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to sit the majority of the day and work with very small parts using tweezers
  • Good eyesight and hand/eye coordination
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Good attendance is a must
  • Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
