Biography: Dr. Tim Auger has been providing orthodontic care for residents of the Monterey Peninsula and Salinas area since 1993. He received his bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in 1987. He graduated with honors as class valedictorian from the Boston University School of Dentistry in 1991 and then received his certiï¬ cate of specialty in orthodontics from UCLA in 1993. Dr.Auger published his orthodontic research regarding facial esthetics in 1999. Tim is married to a fellow B.U. Dental School graduate and pediatric dental specialist Meghan O’Connor-Auger. Megan and Tim have four children, AConnor, Tarhyn and Kevan. He is a member of several professional organizations and has lectured to study groups and university resident programs. Dr. Auger’s lectures focus on the Wilson Bimetric Distalizing Mechanics as an adjunct in early interceptive treatment as well II and III correction. As a lecturer, Dr. Auger has the ability to explain the mechanics of this system and how it can transform any practice into a more efï¬ cient and successful business. He is an excellent speaker who presents well organized material that is easily understood.
