Jody Hardy

Jody started her career with RMO® in 1987 as an HR Assistant.  She quickly moved up the ranks learning all aspects of Human Resources, and in 1995 was promoted to Manager of HR.  During her three years as manager of the department, Jody displayed outstanding managerial skills and showed great potential.  In 1998 Jody was promoted to President of RMO®.

During her eight years as President of the company, RMO® has seen a rise in productivity and in company-wide morale.  Jody has always had an open door policy and has an approachable demeanor which allows her to be the example to follow.

Jody holds an Associates Degree from Colorado Community College, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Certificate in Direct Marketing from Colorado State University, participated in TEC, and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Growth, (ACG Denver).   Jody also holds numerous certificates from courses attended through MSEC.
