Tony is a graduate from the Texas State Dental Institute. As a dedicated employee of RMO®, he has contributed in many areas of the company such as: product development, engineering, manufacturing, computer aided diagnostics, marketing and international business development in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Tony has pioneered advancements in Orthodontics around the world, heading product development at RMO® for the last 10 years.

Tony spent many years working with Dr. Ricketts and other orthodontics leaders in the industry on products/services development with concentrated efforts on educational courses both in North America and around the world. He is a graduate of the Bioprogressive institute 1990-91.

Tony has been a pioneer in developing and understanding the impact of Interceptive Pediatric Orthodontics in the orthodontic market.  He holds a deep understanding of both functional and fixed appliance orthodontic therapy and how each of these treatment methods impacts not only tooth position, but also breathing and airway relationships.

Tony is a member of the Association of corporate growth in Denver and a Certified Dental Technician (CDT), holds a marketing certificate from Colorado State University, and is an active member for the AAO exhibitors committee 2006-2008.
